Commercial work applies to businesses, land trusts, historical societies, and similar organizations.

Estimates

$250 $1.00 per mile round trip + tolls for a site visit and comprehensive job quote.
Quotes requiring more than 3 hours on-site will be an additional $75 per hour. Travel costs + estimate fee must be paid in advance prior to arrival.

If the job is accepted, the $250 estimate fee will be deducted from your total job cost.

There is no such thing as an "Average Job." A true estimate will determine how much work is necessary.

Estimates are valid for thirty days.

$1.00/mile with Pickup Truck
$1.25/mile with Dump Truck

Pulling a trailer adds 10 mins per hour 

1st day costs are Travel Costs + Gas and Tolls
Additional Days on the job only include Gas and Tolls

Removal and Disposal Costs

$10 per bag
$100 per foundry bag (1 cubic yard)
$400 per trailer (12'x5'x2')
$500 per dumpster

Plus $100 for offsite disposal

Note: For insurance purposes, I have to handle all disposal of Poison Ivy from the site.

Vine Removal

$150 per hour for work performed on a ladder
If needed, an aerial platform can be rented for heights up to 80 feet.

Equipment

$15 per hour for backpack blower and mulcher

$20 per hour for power equipment

$15 per day per person for nitrile gloves

Overnight Accommodation

$150 per night per person
